Terms of Use
These terms describe use of the public website, request form and informational materials for Clover Roast. They explain permitted site use, how visit confirmation works, and guest responsibilities. By using the site you agree to provide accurate request details and to use the public forms for legitimate coffee and catering enquiries only.
By using the website, you agree to use it for legitimate coffee shop information and visit request routing only.
Agreement and acceptance
These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Clover Roast when you access this website, submit a coffee request, request pricing information, or otherwise use our public digital materials. If you do not agree, stop using the site immediately. Continued use after a published update means you accept the revised wording. Clover Roast is a cozy Irish coffee shop serving freshly brewed coffee and delicious treats every day. These terms apply to cafe guests, catering organisers, and office coordinators who read the pages or send a request. Sending a form, asking for a quote, or continuing to browse after the terms are displayed is acceptance. If you act for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Site use and permitted purpose
Use the site for legitimate coffee questions, catering account inquiries, package questions, and service information. You may describe an order category, preferred package, reply window, and account context so the cafe desk can reply with a practical route. You must not harass staff, submit false tray details, overload forms, scrape content, introduce malware, impersonate a guest, or circulate fabricated allergy claims as official kitchen notes. Reasonable personal reading before a Saturday morning in Dublin is welcome. Commercial reuse of our wording or photographs without written consent is not. Invented information can delay or cancel the route.
Service description and limitations
Whether you need a same-day takeaway, scheduled pastry box, or regular catering support, baristas work carefully when the request is confirmed and within capacity. Online information is general guidance only. Actual windows, recipes, and pricing depend on tray size, readiness, collection, and capacity on the day. If an order is postponed, shortened, moved, or affected by weather or a kitchen delay, we may revise the plan or the quote. We do not provide legal, medical, or dietary-legal advice beyond ordinary allergen information given at the counter. Photographs on the site are illustrative. Enjoy espresso, cappuccino, latte, tea, and fresh pastries in a warm and welcoming atmosphere once the visit is confirmed.
Requests, quotes, and visit confirmation
Submitting a form or email does not by itself create a confirmed visit. An order becomes active only after the desk confirms the package, price basis, allergy readiness, and any special brewing notes. Quotes may be provisional until tray size and extras are verified. If later information proves inaccurate, we may revise the quote, reschedule, or decline the job. A quote is usually valid only for the window stated in the reply. A draft tray list is not the finished order. If several organisations claim the same collection slot, we may pause until authority is clear. We may decline service that would require us to ignore food-safety briefings.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate order descriptions, working contact numbers, lawful authority to book, and disclosure of allergies or restricted building access. If nobody is present and no safe alternative was agreed, the booking may be treated as a missed arrival. Clover Roast is not responsible for loss arising from undeclared allergies or misdescribed trays. Do not ask us to hide an allergen that has already been announced on a label. Hosts who leave baristas waiting without notice may be charged under the refund rules discussed at booking.
No legal advice
Content on this website explains cafe process and routing. It does not replace advice from an attorney, insurer, landlord, or requesting organisation. Nothing here is a legal opinion about contracts, employment, or workplace policies. Staff may clarify operational steps only. We do not arbitrate office contracts or advise on tax treatment of an invoice. If a dispute arises about whether a milk choice was recorded, the written confirmation from the desk is the reference we will use.
Intellectual property and privacy
All text, logos, icons, photographs, and other materials on this website are owned by Clover Roast or used under permission. You may view pages for a genuine coffee enquiry, but you may not copy or commercially exploit site content without written consent. Contact details submitted through the site are handled for review and response. By contacting us you consent to being reached about your request. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable Irish data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. We do not sell mailing lists.
Liability and exclusions
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Clover Roast is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or reliance on general online information. For confirmed visits, liability related to loss, damage, or delay is limited to the terms communicated at booking. Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including non-excludable rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2007 where that Act applies. We are not liable for a guest withdrawing, a later-amended allergy note, or spoiled food caused by delay after collection. If we are found liable for a proven direct loss caused by our confirmed service, aggregate liability for that visit is limited to the amount you paid us for it, except where the law does not allow that limit.
Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The version published on this page is current. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Dublin have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum that the law preserves. Questions may be sent to [email protected], +353 1 408 4800, or St. James's Gate, Dublin 8, D08 VF8H, Ireland. Our cafe desk operates Monday to Sunday, 7:00 to 19:00 Irish Standard Time. The English version on this page controls. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the remaining clauses still apply.
